Company Sentiment Dashboard
AI powered sentiment dashboard created for my company to scroll through a designated Slack Channel and report various collective sentiment that would otherwise be difficult for one person to go through manually. This sentiment was parsed into themes, given positive or negative indicators, and otherwise find specific topics so management could better understand employee needs and address them faster.
It was a pretty quick turnaround that involved meeting with HR members who were in charge of in-house monthly questionnaire that would attempt to get feedback. I was able to get the breakdown and prioritization of desired data as well as best ways for end users to receive said data. The creation of the slack channel would allow real time sentiment and implementation was ultimately a success, allowing for HR to address concerns without the use of a questionnaire and addressing of concerns became a monthly practice soon after.
